Returns

 Time Frame

  • You can return an item within 14 days after receiving the order.

         Conditions & Exempt Items

  • Items returned must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Earrings cannot be returned due hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Only regular priced items can be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. 

         How to Return

  • Send us an e-mail info@ninemuses.co.za within 14 days after receiving the order stating you order number, what item/s you want to return and we will help you.
  • Once we have provided the return address, please arrange a suitable courier to return the item to us. We advise a tracked service to ensure the package arrives safely.

         Refund Processing Time

  • We will inform you when we receive the goods and process your refund. It may take up to 6 working days for the funds to show in your account, depending on who you bank with. 
  • We only offer exchanges if you require a different size or the item is defective.
  • You can only exchange to a different size of the same item or you can exchange to another item of the same value. This must been agreed by a member of our team via email. 
  • Send us an e-mail within 14 days after receiving the order stating what item/s you want to exchange and we will help you.

        Return and Exchange Shipping 

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping of returns and exchanges 
  • If the item is defective, we will cover the cost of shipping. 

    Please ensure the goods are returned to us within 7 days of receiving the returns address, in the original packaging and condition, undamaged and unworn. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend that you use a tracked and signed postal service, obtaining the proof of tracking information. We are not responsible for a return being damaged or lost in the mailing process, customs or in transit. All items that do not reach us are the customer's responsibility and a refund will not be processed.

    If you are reading this due to a faulty item, then we are so sorry this has happened and we will offer a free easy return or exchange process. We will require photographic or video evidence to show the defect/ fault via email before we can accept and begin the return process.  

    All Nine Muses products are quality inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipping to our customers.


    EARRINGS:

    For hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

     

    BANGLES AND NECKLACES :

    We do not offer any refunds on these products, unless the item is faulty. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly provide you with a store credit to the value of the product OR you may exchange it for another product of the same value. The customer is liable for the R69 courier fee both ways. To be eligible for an exchange, the product needs to be in its original condition and packaging.

     

    RINGS :

    No refunds will be given for purchasing the incorrect ring size as ring sizing guides are provided on the website. We are however happy to arrange a ring size exchange. The customer will be liable for the R69 courier fee, both ways.

     

    A 10% admin fee will be applied to any orders cancelled. This is the service fee charged by our payment providers.

     

    A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances. 

    Our stainless steel range is tarnish resistant and with proper jewelry care should not tarnish. 

    For the best jewelry care possible, we do not suggest exposing our stainless steel jewelry range to the below :

    • dishwashing soap

    • lotion

    • perfume

    • hair products

    • jewellery cleaners

    • other harsh chemicals

    Everyone's skin type is different. Some people have strong reactions to bronze & gold plating. No refunds or returns are given for the color of your jewelry changing caused by skins oils.
